Say “I Love You” with Time
My father was a Kindergarten teacher. He always told me that kids spell love: T-I-M-E. No summer camp, exotic trip, pile of toys, nor the latest electronic do-dad can replace time-with-you.
Let's spend these summer months saying, I love you" in the most basic way possible.
Listen to your child. Look in his eyes. Smile at her. Sit on their level. Play together. Read together. Learn together. Discover together. Laugh together.
Speak the language of childhood and as often as you can this month, silently say, “I love you.”
