It’s so easy to feel “different” with food allergies. Food Allergy Conqueror authors Dr. and Mrs. Browne along with their daughter, Katie (an OIT grad), wanted to do something to help people persevere through OIT.
Ollie’s Gang was designed to provide support and community for families going through Oral Immunotherapy to treat food allergies. Once a month, Ollie writes a letter to the Ollie’s Gang members detailing his latest adventures and sharing tips and recipes, as well as inspiring stories from Ollie’s Gang members.
Ollie’s Gang is made for OIT families by OIT families.

The community
that finally gets you
You can think of Ollie’s letters as just a continuation of the book Food Allergy Conqueror, but they’re so much more than that
Stories from other OIT grads
If other kids can make it through OIT and maintenance, you can too! We share these stories to provide you with inspiration and a sense of community.
Recipes to make your doses delicious
Let’s face it, maintenance can get boring. We include a recipe that turns a regular old OIT dose into a tasty treat.
Opportunities to share your story
If you’ve ever felt you don’t have a voice, now you do. You can share your story with Ollie and the rest of the community to encourage and inspire others.
Encouragement for OIT moms
Every letter from Ollie includes a note from his mom addressed directly to you, mom. The notes are housed on our website for whenever you need a pick-me-up. Bonus: you can add your own words of encouragement for moms just like you.
Craft projects for rest time
Turn your post dose rest time into parent child bonding time by trying out the crafts and activities included in Ollie’s letters.
Lessons on advocacy
Ollie loves to tell his friends about food allergies and OIT. Let his stories inspire you to create positive change in your community.
