My Favorite Creators for Adults with Food Allergies
Did you know that 1 in 10 adults in the US has a food allergy? It’s true! I was super surprised to hear this stat since I usually think of kids having food allergies. So if you’re an adult with a food allergy, you’re not alone! In the spirit of building a food allergy community for grown-ups like us, here’s a list of my favorite food allergy creators.
Amanda Orlando Her account, @everydayallergenfree shares recipes and humor as a toddler mom and someone with anaphylactic food allergies.

Daniel Kelly from @_maycontain is a world traveler and blogger advocating for allergy awareness and mental health regarding food allergies.
Lindiwe Lewis at @behindtheallergy is an incredible advocate for those with food allergies, people with eczema, and anyone learning to speak up for themselves.
And that’s just a few! Check them out and let’s build an awesome online allergy community together!
