You Don’t Need to Be Perfect to Be Great
Everyone knows that nobody’s perfect, but it always comes as a great surprise! I first read that line in college and I chuckle at its truth every time I think of it. But still, I work my fanny off to be perfect and when I fail I’m always a bit shocked. If you can relate, I’d ask you to join me this month in a dusting off our bottoms campaign. Let’s get up quickly and smile at our silly expectations and just be thankful. Our best IS enough. Even if we burn the turkey or our cupcakes for school come out lopsided, or our house isn’t decorated just so, it is ok. Our trying is enough. Our loving is enough. You are enough.
