Christmas is for Moms

Merry Christmas, fellow Mom!

If Christmas isn’t our holiday, I don’t know what is.

Have you looked at the manger scene and thought about the brave mother who risked her comfort, her reputation, her very life to bring that miraculous baby safely to Bethlehem?

What a beautiful thought to consider, that God would send all babies, even His Son, to land on earth first in the soft and welcoming arms of a mother. My importance just makes me sit up a little straighter. This season, be that warm and welcoming embrace you were made to be.

Our kids need more than peppermint and hot chocolate. They need us!
