Frosted Lemonade

Frosted Lemonade

Ingredients

·  2 cups unsweetened Almond Breeze almond milk, divided

·  1/3 cup lemon juice

·  ¼ cup sugar

·  ½ tsp vanilla

 

Directions

·  Freeze one cup almond milk in an ice cube tray 4-6 hours or overnight.

·  Add remaining almond milk, frozen almond milk cubes, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla to a blender.

·  Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.

·  Enjoy!

 

 

Notes

·  You can half the recipe and make one dose if you use a brand of almond milk with 2g protein per cup, but if your almond milk only has 1g protein per cup, you will need both cups.

·  If you don’t have an ice cube tray, you can use several small bowls or cups.
